Breathwork is a transformative way to find a deeper state of awareness and a way to reduce stress and anxiety. By focusing on your breath, you can bypass the noise of the mind and access the subconscious, uncovering and releasing deeply suppressed emotions and blocks that hinder your true potential.
This evidence-based practice induces a state of deep meditation, where your brain’s rational filters temporarily slow down, allowing you to enter a state of theta brainwaves. Here, you can tap into your body’s innate intelligence, bypassing old patterns and conditioning to discover clarity, purpose, and profound insights. With breathwork, you can unlock the path to a life of tranquility and fulfillment.

During a breathwork experience, you will embark on a transformative journey that begins with gentle somatic movement or energy clearing to awaken the body and release tension. Then, lying down and guided by breathwork cycles, each inhalation and exhalation deepens the connection to one’s inner self, supported by an immersive soundscape enhanced by surround sound headphones, which envelops you in rhythm and resonance. As the session flows into a guided meditation, you’ll explore emotional landscapes, facilitating release and insight, followed by a reflective integration period where you can process and ground your experiences. The experience concludes with a calming closing ritual, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and deeply connected to your authentic self.

It is best to avoid having large or heavy meals prior to class as this may feel uncomfortable while lying down and following guided breathing.
It is also recommended to avoid any altered state of being prior to class. Breathwork is already a powerful tool to access layers of the subconscious and change your frequency. Mind and/or body-altering substances can have an unpredictable effect and should be avoided.

When big shifts happen during a group class, it’s often hard to get the individualized attention needed to process and integrate.
Depending on what came up, you may decide to find a therapist to help with processing.
You may also decide to book a private breathwork session so you can further explore those shifts using a personalized session.
Additionally, a SoulWork Session may provide soul-level insights that will be helpful on your journey of transformation.

I recommend weekly to bi-weekly sessions over a period of 6-8 weeks. This is the typical amount of time needed to process, shift and integrate big energies and deeply explore them during a meditative state.

You may experience a profound sense of relaxation and clarity. Many individuals report feelings of lightness and release, as emotional tension and stress dissolve.
You might also notice heightened awareness and a deep connection to your body, along with emotional shifts as you integrate the experience post-class.
Some may feel invigorated and energized, while others may experience a calm tranquility, allowing for introspection and insight into their thoughts and emotions. Still others report more lucid dreaming, awakening, shifts in frequency, energy and consciousness.
And, for many, it’s a deep awareness of emotions and events that we have chosen to avoid. Journaling is a recommended way to integrate and process your breathwork experience.
